ACS national has purchased (at the San Diego Lawyer's ACS chapter's request) a table at the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division conference, being held at the Westin Gaslamp next Thursday through Saturday (2nd through the 4th.)
We are in need of volunteers to staff the table throughout the conference. It should be pretty enjoyable and low-key work as it will basically involve relaxing at the table while panels are in session and doing outreach and networking with conference-attendees to promote ACS during the panel-breaks.

The conference runs from about 11 AM Thursday until about 1 PM Saturday.

To that end, please email Roger Fonseca fonsecre@tjsl.edu your availability to volunteer at the table ASAP. Please include the times you are available, as well as the approximate number of hours you are willing to volunteer. (E.g., Available: Thursday and Friday after 2 pm, would like to volunteer for no more than 3 hours total.) I will then create a schedule and get back in touch with everyone regarding their tabling times.
