At this Brown Bag, Distinguished Professor Jay M. Feinman will discuss the focus of his current work: the convergence of tort and contract law and its implications on politics, economy, and Federalism. Although currently working on a piece on insurance law, Professor Feinman's most recent work was "Un-Making Law: The Conservative Campaign to Roll Back the Common Law." Professor Feinman is an active member of ACS National and a strong supporter of our student chapter.
