David Koeninger: Discussion about Election Law Registration and Early Voting

David Koeninger is a Senior Attorney with Advocates for Basic Legal Equality. In addition he works for a non-partisan election law organization that works to uphold the rights of voters in Ohio. He will speak about the changes to Ohio's laws focusing specifically on the changes to early voting.
