Circuit and Former Congressman, U.S. House of Representatives, Illinois (2nd & 10th Districts) as keynote speaker, and The Honorable Damon J. Keith, Senior Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, as Milliken Award Honoree, with introductory remarks by Lisa Brown, Executive Director, American Constitution Society.
