Intersection of Race, Jury Composition with the Death Penalty

The Black Law Students Association and the American Constitution Society will
be co-hosting a panel discussion on the intersection of race and jury
composition with the death penalty in the U.S. The event will also address
the constitutionality of the death penalty and the practical elements of
trying capital cases in Indiana. This event will be from noon to 1 p.m. on
Tuesday, April 1, in the Moot Court Room. Free pizza will be provided!
