ACS v. Federalist Society Debate. Voter ID

Rutgers Newark ACS will be debating the federalist society in light of Crawford v. Marion County currently before the Supreme Court. Arguing for ACS is Paul Josephson of Hill Wallack, LLP. Arguing for the Federalist Society is Professor Bradely Smith of Capital University Law School

Question presented, "Be it resolved, a state law requiring a voter present photo Identification violates the 1st and 14th amendments of the United States Constitution."
