ACS Public Moot Court Round
Mar 5 2008 - 12:15pm
Join Laura Bull and Chris Leach as they prepare to represent Duke at the 3rd annual American Constitution Society national moot court competition. With judicial elections becoming increasingly politicized, the question of how states may restrict candidates' speech is a hot-button issue. Chris and Laura will present the arguments on both sides and provide an example of how moot court works. Professors Stuart Benjamin and Erwin Chemerinsky presiding. Lunch will be provided.
