Summary Judgments is a podcast discussing legal news and policy issues relevant to the ACS community, created by Stanford Law School Chapter of the American Constitution Society. In each episode, we interview a leading figure in the legal community about their career and their efforts to expand a progressive vision of the Constitution. The podcast is directed by a team of Stanford Law students led by Alan Bakowski and Michael Montaño.

In our first podcast of the 2007-08 season, Ninth Circuit Judge Raymond Fisher shares his insights about the current problems at the Department of Justice and the Supreme Court's reversal of his opinion ruling that the Seattle school district could consider students' race when assigning them to schools.
