Senator Schumer Discusses the Supreme Court at the Fifth Annual ACS National Convention
Speaking at the Fifth Annual ACS National Convention, U.S. Senator Charles Schumer (D-NY) examined recent judicial nominations to the Supreme Court, as well as the confirmation process. The Senator said that "Given the track record of this president and the experience of obfuscation at the hearings . . . . we should not confirm a Supreme Court nominee except in extraordinary circumstances."
