ACS Hosts 2006-2007 Supreme Court Term Review

On June 28, ACS will host a panel discussion at the National Press Club examining the current Supreme Court Term. In the immediate wake of the Term's conclusion, a panel of leading experts including voices from both a progressive and conservative perspective will examine the Court's most noteworthy decisions, identify emerging trends and suggest areas on which observers should focus going forward. The panel will feature:

- Drew S. Days III, Alfred M. Rankin Professor of Law, Yale Law School; Solicitor General of the United States 1993-96
- Walter E. Dellinger III, Douglas B. Maggs Professor of Law, Duke University School of Law; O'Melveny & Myers LLP; Solicitor General of the United States, 1996-97
- Thomas C. Goldstein, Akin Gump Straus Hauer & Feld LLP; Lecturer, Stanford Law School and Harvard Law School
- Pamela C. Karlan, Kenneth and Harle Montgomery Professor of Public Interest Law, Stanford Law School
