On June 17, ACS hosted a luncheon panel at the 2006 National Convention including several of the nation's most prominent journalists who cover the U.S. Supreme Court: Linda Greenhouse of The New York Times, Jan Crawford Greenburg of ABC News; and Dahlia Lithwick of Slate.com. Tom Goldstein, a leading Supreme Court advocate, served as moderator. Panelists offered an insider’s perspective on: cases decided by the Court this Term; the upcoming 2006–2007 Term; and the impact of recent changes in Court personnel.
