The American Constitution Society for Law and Policy is pleased to present our Spring Program Guide “Criminal Justice.” ACS encourages its chapters to plan programming in the spring of 2010 and beyond on any of a variety of important issues in the criminal justice arena. Reform of our criminal justice system has become an increasingly hot topic, with debates about the future of criminal justice playing out in the courts, in Congress, among advocates, in state and local governments and organizations, and in American society generally. In order to assist in planning events, we offer a Program Guide and a Speakers List. We hope that these resources will assist ACS chapters in planning a robust series of events on these central issues.
