The American Constitution Society for Law and Policy is pleased to present our Fall Program Guide “Constitutional Interpretation.”  ACS encourages its chapters to plan programming in the Fall of 2009 and beyond on the themes contained in three recent books on constitutional interpretation: Keeping Faith with the Constitution and It is a Constitution We Are Expounding: Collected Writings on Interpreting Our Founding Document, both of which were released by ACS, and The Constitution in 2020, a collection of forward-looking essays published by Oxford University Press. In order to assist in planning events, we offer a program guide and a speakers list both of which identify experts in this area. We hope that these resources will assist ACS chapters in planning a robust series of events on these central issues.
