The Future of Equality, Liberty and the U.S. Constitution
The past five years have witnessed the formation of a scholarly movement to lay out a clear vision of the U.S. Constitution. Two new books - Keeping Faith with the Constitution and The Constitution in 2020 - present an opportunity for a lively coming together of scholars and activists to discuss the ideas that undergird our democracy and shape our laws: equality, liberty, criminal justice and governmental powers.
