The 2008-2009 Supreme Court Term Review

On July 2, 2009 ACS hosted a panel discussion at the National Press Club examining the current Supreme Court Term and looking forward to the next. In the immediate wake of the Term's conclusion, leading experts representing both progressive and conservative perspectives analyzed the Court's most noteworthy decisions, identified emerging trends, and discussed the nomination of Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the Court.
