ACS Boston Lawyer Chapter presents "A Special Screening of 'A Class Apart'"
ACS’s Boston Lawyer Chapter and Harvard Law School Student Chapter, with our host, the Charles Hamilton Houston Institute for Race & Justice, cosponsors Active Voice, the American GI Forum of the United States, Equal Justice Society, the Hispanic National Bar Foundation, LatinoJustice PRLDEF, Latino Public Broadcasting and Public Broadcasting System, and with the generous sponsorship of McCarter & English LLP present “A Special Screening of ‘A Class Apart.’” Opening remarks will be made by Charles J. Ogletree, Jesse Climenko Professor of Law, Harvard Law School and Executive Director, Charles Hamilton Houston Institute for Race & Justice and Lisa English, Chapter Leader, Boston Lawyer Chapter, American Constitution Society. A post-screening discussion will feature Carlos Sandoval, Producer and Director, A Class Apart and Recipient of the Sundance Special Jury Prize (2004) for his film Farmingville and Edward Schumacher-Matos, Robert F. Kennedy Visiting Professor of Latin American Studies, John F. Kennedy School of Government; and Former managing Editor, Wall Street Journal Americas. The panel will be moderated by Charles J.
