DEBATE: Segall v. Shapiro - Citizens United and Campaign Finance Reform

The American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society are excited to co-host a lively debate between our own Professor Eric Segall and Mr. Ilya Shapiro of the Cato Institute. The debate will be moderated by Professor Anne Tucker, who recently published two articles analyzing the Supreme Court's landmark decision. This event is open to the public, and a free, non-pizza lunch will be provided!

The debate will last one hour with a brief introduction, followed by 15/15 for speeches, 5/5 for responses, and 15 for Q&A.
