SCU ACS is proud to be co-sponsoring a panel discussion focusing on California's contentious Proposition 8 which limits marriage to only opposite-sex couples. Professors Cain, Joondeph, Love and Russell will be the panelists. It is sure to be a rousing meeting, especially given the 9th Circuit's recent ruling declaring Proposition 8 unconstitutional.
