The University of Maryland School of Law chapter is sponsoring a lunchtime event addressing the question of who has constitutional standing to collect damages from BP as a result of the recent oil spill. The event will begin with a short film on the subject created by the Alliance for Justice. It will conclude with a discussion led by Professor Robert Percival.
