The Moritz Student Chapter of ACS will be co-sponsoring a friendly debate with the Federalist Society over the importance of the Living Constitution and Originalism in constitutional interpretation. Professor Ned Foley of Ohio State will speak on behalf of the Living Constitution and Professor Lee Strang of the University of Toledo will speak on behalf of Originalism.
