Professor Kaminski will present "The Constitution without a Bill of Rights," a presentation he has given throughout the country to judges, lawyers and lay persons to great acclaim. The presentation will look at the origins of the Bill of Rights in colonial and Revolutionary America and why there was no bill of rights in the Constitution when originally drafted and ratified. He will then show how a bill of rights was proposed and adopted and why it remains important today. In this time where Constitutional liberties protected by the Bill of Rights are being hotly debated, Professor Kaminski’s presentation is a must- see. Wine, beer and light hors d'oeuvres will be provided. There is no cost to attend this event. Please RSVP to milwaukee@acslaw.org
