Joseph Jerome joined ACS in January 2012 and currently serves as the Programs Law Fellow. In this capacity, he focuses on issues related to judicial nominations, including his role as co-editor of JudicialNominations.org, the ACS judicial nominations website. He also routinely assists the Department of Policy Development & Programming on a variety of legal and policy issues.
Before joining ACS, Joseph spent several years working for a law firm before going to law school. He was an International Law & Human Rights Fellow with the United Nations International Law Commission in Geneva, and he served as a law clerk with the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and in the law department at the U.S. Postal Service.
Joseph graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts where he studied the political history of Western civilization in 2006 and from New York University with a J.D in 2011. In law school, he was Managing Editor for the NYU Journal of Law & Liberty and the NYU Commentator.
