The American Constitution Society for Law and Policy is pleased to present our Fall 2007 Program Guide on Equality and the Law. In order to assist in planning chapter events, we offer the following resources: a topics list and a speakers list.

• Topics List, which includes Race and the Fourteenth Amendment, Women's Rights, GLBT Issues, Disability Rights, and Diversity in the Legal Profession.

• Speakers List, that provides names, affiliations and experience for a wide range of experts in these topic areas to facilitate program planning.

We hope that the topics list, which contains a set of timely and relevant questions to help frame program discussion, along with the speakers list identifying experts across the topic areas, will assist ACS chapters in planning a robust series of events on these central issues.
